JVB Bearing′s products have passed 128 production inspection procedures. In addition to strictly following the ISO9001 system certification process, we have also passed the SGS and RoHS certification. In addition to the corresponding hard indicators, JVB bearings should have more stringent standards in the design of products. In the selection of materials, the rate of all trace elements should reach 100% of the standard. In the process of chamfering, all products should be free from any deviation, and the center rate of chamfering should reach 99.995% of evenness of centering. In the grinding process, inspectors shall not have the slightest discount, any slight defect will be infinitely magnified in JVB bearing and must be unconditionally turned over. During the super-finishing process, any broken wire of the drawing will be regarded as defective and abandoned. In the assembly, the most advanced image inspection equipment is used to ensure that there will not be any cage and the steel ball is missing. In cleaning, the most advanced ultrasonic cleaning equipment is used. In the process of greasing and capping, it is all done in a dust-free workshop, and the grease is also imported with high-speed silent grease. Before packing, the last test of product noise will be carried out by a vibrometer, and the bearing grade will be divided. Finally, the appearance of the bearings will be inspected by manual inspection, and the final qualified products will be formally packed off the line. It is because of this strict procedure, advanced manufacturing equipment, effective time control, in order to ensure that every link in the product is out of quality products.
